To ensure an excellent shopping experience we offer a huge variety of products through a clean and user friendly website, easy and secure payment options, hassle-free returns, commendable customer service and the promise of on-time delivery.â
The Company is currently focused on building the brand, creating a strong backend, supplier base and stabilizing operations and will welcome the additional funding to strengthen the brand thereafter. It is also conducting marketing campaigns through digital and soon will be using certain offline channels depending on the progress in terms of growth trajectory.
Talking about the key challenges for the startup Sashi said, âFinding the right mix of people with the right drive and talent is always a challenge. As a business enterprise our smooth operation is also dependent on third party logistics and at times our margins are squeezed in custom duties and other incidental charges. There is intense competition in terms of price pressures exerted by competitors which constricts margins and hinders the progress of a new venture. The above mentioned niggles can be crossed over as you build core competencies, but the key is to build brand awareness and confidence through trust and loyalty, and that as you know is paramount to any organizations success and development.â
